1 lb Dean’s sausage, uncooked
3 cups Bisquick
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can RO*TEL diced tomatoes with green chilies

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain tomatoes and pulse in food processor until they are broken up into smaller chunks; 10-15 pulses.
In the bowl of an electric mixer (fitted with the dough hook if possible), combine sausage, Bisquick, cheeses and RO*TEL (or mix with sturdy spoon). Mix until thoroughly until combined. Shape into 1-inch balls. (May be frozen at this point).
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
