Sausage Brunch Meatballs
| 1/4 cup | Milk |
| 2 | Beaten Eggs |
| 1/2 cup | Fine Dry Bread Crumbs |
| 1/3 cup | Finely Chopped Onion |
| 3 tbsp. | Snipped Parsley |
| 1 tbsp. | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 3/4 tsp. | Salt |
| 1 lb. | Hot or Mild Dean's Sausage |
| 1/2 lb. | Ground Pork or Beef |
| 1/2 cup | Apricot or Peach Preserves |
| 1/3 cup | Bottled Barbecue Sauce |
| 3 tbsp. | Water |
| 1. In mixing bowl combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, chopped onion, parsley, worcestershire sauce, and salt. Add sausage and ground pork or beef. Mix well. |
| 2. Shape meat mixture into one-inch meatballs. Place in baking pan. Bake in 350°F oven for 25 to 30 min. or until done. |
| 3. Meanwhile, prepare sauce. In a small saucepan combine preserves, barbecue sauce and water. Heat thoroughly. |
| 4. Drain fat off meatballs. Transfer them to serving dish. Keep warm. Pour hot sauce over meatballs. Serve with wooden picks. Serves 8 to 10. |
