Sausage Chili
| 1 lb. | Hot or Mild Dean's Sausage |
| 1 lb. | Ground Beef |
| 1 | Medium Onion Chopped |
| 1 | Medium Green Pepper Chopped |
| 1 | Clove Garlic, Minced |
| 1 can (28 oz.) | Whole Tomatoes Chopped (including juice) |
| 2 cans (16 oz. ea.) | Red Kidney Beans (drained) |
| 1 tbsp. | Chili Powder |
| 2 tsp. | Ground Cumin |
| 1/2 tsp. | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp. | Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 cup | Water or a Can of Beer |
| 1. Cook sausage, ground beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic in Dutch oven until sausage is browned and vegetables tender; drain. |
| 2. Stir in tomatoes, beans, seasonings, and liquid. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Serves 10. |
