Venison and Sausage Chili
| 1 lb. | Hot or Mild Dean's Sausage |
| 5 lbs. | Ground Venison |
| 1 | Large Yellow Onion, Chopped |
| 4 | Cloves of Garlic |
| 2 | Chili Peppers, Minced |
| 1/2 box | Cumin Seeds |
| 6 cups | Water |
| 2 tbsp. | White Vinegar |
| 1 cup | Tomato Sauce |
| 1 cup | Tomato Catsup |
| 2 1/2 tbsp. | Chili Powder |
| 3 cans | Red Kidney Beans |
| 1. Combine the venison and Dean Sausage in a large skillet stirring frequently until brown and drain. |
| 2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 25 to 35 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serves 12. |
