2 pounds of DEAN’S sausage
6-7 jalapenos (finely chopped)
2 tubes of Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
12oz Philadelphia cream cheese
Roughly 3 cups of shredded mozzarella
Crumble and cook sausage. Drain. Spread dough onto baking sheet. Spread a layer of cream cheese onto the dough as a base (have cream cheese sitting out or warm to ease spreading and to prevent dough from ripping). Sprinkle sausage, chopped jalapenos and mozzarella onto dough. Roll the dough, being careful to keep ingredients packed tightly as you slowly roll up the dough. Keep ends pinched to prevent contents spilling out. Put rolled up doughs into oven and bake for roughly 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown. Slice and serve. Makes two rolls, approximately 30 slices total.
