Ingredients:

 

1 lb. Deans Sausage (flavor optional)

1 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced celery

2 T minced garlic

5 eggs

1 cup Naked Pig Pale Ale

3 cups milk

1/2 t cayenne

1 T salt

1/4 t black pepper

8 cups cubed bread

8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

 

Instructions:

 

In a large skillet begin browning your sausage. Once it is about half way cooked, add your onions and celery. Once the meat is all brown, add the garlic and continue cooking for another 2 min. After the garlic is cooked, remove from the heat to cool.

 

In a medium bowl, combine your eggs, beer, milk, cayenne, salt and pepper then blend well. Combine this mixture along with your sausage mixture and 1/2 of your cheese. Cover this mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 min.

 

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

 

Grease a 3 quart casserole dish, or similar size, and ad your mixture, topping with your remaining cheese. Bake for 45 min. or until a nice golden crust forms on your dish.

 

Remove from the oven and enjoy with a craft beer and friends!
