1 lb Dean’s sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Ranch Dressing
½ cup chopped green pepper
12 wonton wrappers


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease 2 muffin tins. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Bake 5 minutes until light brown. Remove and let cool on cookie sheet.

Brown and crumble sausage, drain grease and put sausage in bowl. Stir in cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, ranch dressing and green peppers.

Fill each cooked wonton with filling and place on cookie sheet. Bake on lower rack at 350 degrees for additional five minutes or until bubbly.
