1lb Dean’s sausage, hot or mild
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Package of party rye bread such as Pepperidge Farm
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown sausage and drain well.
Add cheese in small chunks, then add Worcestershire.
Stir over low heat till melted and blended.
Spread on rye slices and place on cookie sheet.*
Bake until melted and toasty.
*At this point these may be frozen if you wish to cook later. Place cookie sheet full of rounds in freezer until frozen, then you may place in a freezer bag. They can go straight from the freezer into the oven to reheat.
