Cornmeal Sausage Balls
1 pound Deans Hot sausage
2 -8.5 ounce packages Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, at room temperature
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, add all the ingredients. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Using a small spring-release scoop, scoop mixture into balls and place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray. If you don’t have a scoop, use a rounded tablespoon full and shape with your hands.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through and slightly browned.
